We make our shampoo bars with the same cold-process method that we use to make our handmade soaps. Our shampoo bars are special in that they each are designed for particular hair types - dry, oily, or normal. We add loads of castor oil to every bar to promote superior lathering. Also, we use luxurious jojoba oil, avocado oil, hemp seed butter, sweet almond oil, cocoa butter, & neem oil. Neem oil is known for its abilities to soothe irritated skin. Neem oil is used by herbalists to treat eczema & psoriasis. It is said to be very moisturizing and to have anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral properties.

We felt that our furry friends deserve wonderful treatment too, so we are introducing our new, all-natural dog shampoo bar. This bar is specially formulated for a dog's sensitive skin and furry coat.
We scented this soap with specially selected essential oils of cedarwood, lavender, citronella, eucalyptus, and lemongrass to help protect their skin against fleas and ticks, all while smelling great! With regular use, this shampoo bar is sure to keep your dog's coat clean, fresh, and will help control odor. We added neem oil for its special abilities to soothe irritated skin. Neem oil is used by herbalists to treat eczema, psoriasis, insect bites, and hot spots. It is said to be very moisturizing and to have anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral properties.

What an energetic way to start your day with this uplifting scent! Our citrus blend includes grapefruit, tangerine, & lemongrass essential oils to uplift your senses. We added luxurious jojoba oil & hemp seed & shea butters to this bar to give your hair & scalp an intense moisturizing treatment. Perfect for normal to oily hair types since citrus essential oils are an astringent. The citrus oils help reduce the oils on your scalp without over-drying your scalp. Using commercial oily hair shampoo often strips the hair and scalp of its natural oils. The result is a dry scalp that reacts by producing more oil resulting in --oily hair and scalp. This over drying is exactly what is creating the oily hair problem.
